T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Sales Engineer on the behalf of a global engineering business that provides testing and measurement machinery across multiple industries. This Sales Engineer role will sell capital equipment, automated solutions, spare parts, and service & maintenance contracts.
Key duties of the Sales Engineer:
Generating new sales opportunities across the entire product and services portfolio.
Managing existing accounts and developing additional sales opportunities.
Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Aiding customers with technical information and documentation.
Provide quotations and liaise with internal teams on cost breakdowns.
Work with engineering, project management, and commercial teams to ensure project delivery.
Build market knowledge and understanding of product lines.
Requirements to be successful as a Sales Engineer:
Proven Sales Engineer or sales professional with technical products and services.
Degree in engineering field such as manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or similar.
Proficient in using MS Office and sales systems such as SAP and CRMs.
Confident and charismatic communicator.
Capable problem solver, able to present new ideas to customers to solve engineering/manufacturing issues.
This role will be a Hybrid position with travel to the office twice a week in the West Midlands and then travel in the UK to meet with customers. A UK Driving License is essential for this position.
