About The Team You'll report to the Director of Solutions Architecture and work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and partner teams. This is a cross-functional role serving as the technical bridge between prospects, customers, and partners.
About The Role You\'ll help prospective and existing customers understand how Harmonic can address their challenges. Your days will include engaging with prospects and clients to demonstrate capabilities, building proof of value (POV) plans, and executing them. Solutions Architects bridge customer needs with product and engineering teams to drive product evolution. Success means building strong relationships and guiding customers through their AI adoption journey, ensuring they can use Harmonic effectively.
What You\'ll Do
Responsible and accountable for all pre-sale technical activities
Collaborate with customers to create and execute tailored POCs that highlight how Harmonic simplifies data protection for the GenAI era
Work as part of the EMEA/DACH sales team to close new business opportunities and support existing customers through the contract lifecycle
Collaborate with product and marketing to turn deep technical insights into compelling content and messaging
Stay on top of the competitive landscape to shape our story
What You Bring
A proven track record in a solutions engineering or presales engineering role; experience in customer-facing post-sales roles or in security is a plus
Hands-on experience deploying and managing software in enterprise environments; experience with MDM solutions such as Intune, JAMF, and Kandji
Comfort operating in ambiguity, using new tools and environments, and troubleshooting live issues under pressure
Hands-on, team-first mindset; quick to step up for new challenges
Scripting experience (Python, shell, PowerShell, etc.)
Proactive ownership and delivering the best customer outcomes with little guidance
Self-starter attitude; driven to research, investigate, and learn independently
