We’re looking for a highly talented AI & Machine Learning Solutions Architect to design, build, and deliver next-generation data and AI solutions for our clients. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and innovation. Shaping how organisations use AI to create measurable business value. Job Description
As Solutions Architect, you’ll be the technical and strategic heartbeat of our AI programmes, translating complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready solutions. You’ll partner closely with data scientists, engineers, and programme managers to ensure every solution is both elegant and effective. Architect end-to-end AI and data solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with client needs. Define technical approaches, reference architectures, and integration frameworks across cloud platforms. Lead solution design sessions and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. Oversee technical delivery and maintain accountability for quality, performance, and scalability. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders — simplifying complexity and shaping technical strategy. Identify and scope opportunities for new AI and data initiatives across existing and new clients. Collaborate with business development teams to craft compelling proposals, demos, and proofs of concept. Stay ahead of emerging AI, ML, and data engineering trends — championing adoption of the right tools and frameworks. Mentor and guide teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers. Contribute to the development of internal playbooks, accelerators, and best practices. Shape and refine our go-to-market offerings, driving continuous improvement in how we deliver AI solutions. What you bring
Proven experience designing and delivering complex AI, ML, or data-driven solutions. Ideally within a consulting or client-facing environment. Strong hands-on understanding of modern data architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and ML frameworks. Ability to translate between business and technical domains, influencing C-suite, product, and engineering teams alike. Solid knowledge of MLOps, data pipelines, APIs, and model lifecycle management. Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead discussions, challenge assumptions, and shape direction.
