Who We Are… Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. We design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries for the mobility and energy sectors.

The UK business headquarters is in the Midlands and we are currently building a battery manufacturing facility in Somerset and looking to compliment, scale and grow our R&D facilities in Abingdon and Coventry with the brightest minds from within the battery and EV sector.

Purpose of the Role The role of Agratas’ Global Corporate Communications team is to establish, promote and protect our corporate brand to a range of internal and external stakeholders. We do this by creating and delivering high‑quality communications to promote success and increase brand awareness, as well as anticipating, managing, reacting to and mitigating against issues that negatively impact the perception of Agratas. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for assisting in the creation of visually appealing graphics and artwork, videos, and digital content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with audiences across multiple owned, earned and paid channels. This is a hybrid role based at our
Coventry office on the University of Warwick campus .
Key Responsibility Areas
Coordinate and collaborate with the global team, working closely with the Digital Design Specialist and Creative Design Specialist to ensure brand compliance.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop concepts for graphics, videos, multimedia projects, and PowerPoint presentations.
Assist in the design and creation of marketing and communications materials, including social media assets, website banners, printed collateral, and more.
Create and maintain company assets and templates, including logos, presentation templates, and printed artwork.
Develop and maintain a photography library, organising and categorising high‑quality images for use in various materials, presentations, and projects.
Capture high‑quality video footage and audio for various projects, including promotional videos, interviews, and events.
Edit video footage and audio recordings to produce polished and engaging final products, incorporating graphics, effects, music, and other elements as needed.
Work closely with the team to ensure that all visual content is on‑brand and meets project or campaign objectives and deadlines.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, videography, editing techniques, and presentation design.
Assist with other design and multimedia tasks as needed to support the overall creative vision of the company.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Strong proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience with videography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices
Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
A portfolio showcasing a variety of graphic design work
Desired
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting
Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, supported by the wider team and line manager
