Content Coordinator/Assistant
to join our Commercial Growth team, working across our leading food title, Good Food. This role is pivotal in driving revenue through digital and interactive content, connecting our food and health-conscious readers with the best products and innovations in the kitchenware and wellness spaces. In this role, you'll combine product-testing, reviewing and an understanding of affiliate marketing, with helping transform our reviews hubs to be more interactive, engaging and user-focused. Whether it's using AI to streamline testing processes or creating new interactive quizzes or comparison tables on which coffee machine to buy, what you build will help readers make smarter choices — while delivering commercial value for Good Food. This role reports to the Affiliates Lead within the Commercial Growth Team and works closely with brand leads and editors. As a Content Coordinator/Assistant you will; Test and build new interactive elements across site that encourage engagement, answering key consumer questions and drive affiliate revenue. Map out and automate the product review processes to make them more efficient, with a real focus on using AI to do this. Write engaging, accurate, and SEO- optimised articles that feature or review appliances, cookware and health products against consistent testing criteria. Stay on top of emerging products and wellness trends, and pitch ideas for timely and relevant content. Work with the wider commercial and affiliate teams to identify high-performing product content opportunities and use performance data (e.g. clicks, sales) to refine and optimise content. Support the Affiliates Lead to plan content around key retail moments (e.g. January, Black Friday etc). Build relationships with PRs to secure product samples and insights. Test and build interactive content elements to drive engagement and affiliate revenue. Improve and automate product review processes with AI support. Produce SEO-optimised content featuring appliances, cookware and health products using consistent testing criteria. Identify trends and propose timely content ideas; collaborate with commercial and affiliate teams. Plan content around key retail moments with the Affiliates Lead. Develop PR collaborations to secure product samples and insights. Requirements
A genuine interest in health, food, kitchen appliances and/or cookware products and trends. Strong organisational and communication skills. Willingness to explore how AI can help streamline or automate processes. Knowledge of affiliate marketing or commerce content. Familiarity with SEO for digital content. Ability to balance editorial integrity with commercial objectives. A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to test, learn, and grow in a fast-paced digital publishing environment. Benefits
