To further our mission, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative within the SaaS space to drive revenue and growth for Pencil through lead generations for our ENT sales team. In the position of ENT Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will have a crucial role in driving revenue growth through outbound activity of acquiring enterprise leads. As a SDR at Pencil you will support the ENT sales team by identifying and qualifying new leads, building opportunities and scheduling meetings and demos directly for the sales team. You will be an instrumental part of the business focusing on bringing net new clients to Pencil. Both prospects outside of the parent company the Brandtech Group (BTG) and existing BTG clients. We have an office in The Shard in London, and would expect you to work from this location one day per week. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Prospect and identify potential leads based on a predetermined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) list. Find new clients based on Pencil ICP criteria outside of BTG group as well as existing BTG clients. This role is for the global market, with a primary focus on the UK and US. Lead Nurturing: Build and execute outreach cadences and nurturing leads that are not yet sales ready for future follow-up. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives to ensure all leads are qualified using the BANT or CHAMP sales methodology. Collaborate with them to create strategic client engagement plans. Tech Tools: Utilise LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, phone calls (via Lusha and Apollo), and Salesforce to manage leads, track progress, and capture information. Target Achievement: Meet monthly targets focused on qualified leads and leads that generate revenue. 1+ years of experience in enterprise lead generation within SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success. Strong communicator who can clearly and confidently explain complex ideas in a simple and engaging way, both in writing and speaking. Comfortable with cold outreach and consistently putting in the work through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Passion and curiosity to learn about the product, customers and the AI market. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. Vacation policy: 25 days in the UK, exclusive of Bank Holidays.
