* Develop engaging website layouts and user interfaces that align with brand identity and user needs using wireframing and layout design techniques.
* Create captivating visual content including motion graphics, logo designs, and digital illustrations utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and XD.
* Implement responsive web design principles to ensure seamless experiences across desktops, tablets, and smartphones using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular, React, and other front-end frameworks.
* Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional websites by writing clean code in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and integrating content management systems like WordPress or Drupal.
* Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) by applying best practices in usability, web accessibility standards, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform iterative design improvements.
* Maintain existing websites through regular updates, website maintenance tasks, performance analysis using web analytics tools, and troubleshooting technical issues.

* Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing website projects emphasizing UI/UX principles.
* Proficiency in interaction design, wireframing (using Balsamiq or Axure), prototyping (InVision or Figma), and information architecture.
* Skilled in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision for creating visual assets.
* Hands-on experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS/SASS), JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular, PHP, MySQL databases, and version control systems like Git.
* Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal for website management and updates.
* Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG), usability testing methods, data analysis skills for interpreting web analytics data to improve user engagement.

Pay: $106,628.80 - $112,542.00 per year
