Revolution
is now hiring for a Maintenance Technician position in Terre Haute, IN. This role will be responsible for repairing, improving, and maintaining all facility equipment. The successful candidate will be capable of working within a team environment and be individually motivated to accomplish goals and objectives.

• Work responsibly in a safe manner, following all safe operating procedures and posted requirements.
• Perform all types of mechanical work and electrical repair work related to equipment.
• Welding and other fabrication as needed.
• Continuously look for ways to cut costs without a detriment to the quality of the equipment.
• Learn and increase knowledge on known and unknown equipment.
• Preventive maintenance (check oil levels, change filters, inspect the equipment, repair equipment, etc.)
• Communicate with all levels of Management, including intergroup and intra-group communication.
• Complete assigned tasks as instructed.
• High School diploma, or GED required.
• Technical certificate in electrical or machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Industrial, electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting experience required.
• Experience working on plastic extrusion equipment preferred.
• Necessary math skills - Addition, subtraction, and multiplication to record accurate reports.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to periodically lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Frequently lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 12 hours in a non-climate controlled environment.
