Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate in Fabric and Fashion industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, organizing fabrics and clothing and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a passion for fashion, quilting and sewing apparel.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and encourage sales.
• Maintain store merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns via phone.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or sewing experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with product demos and merchandising techniques is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
