We're growing again and looking to add to our team We have multiple openings available, both full-time and part-time.

This position is primarily vacation rental cleaning, with the opportunity to move into residential cleaning for the right person. We're looking for dependable, no-nonsense individuals who take pride in their work.

Both 1099 and W-2 positions are available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces across designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Handle waste disposal responsibly by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a secure environment.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold facility standards.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness in all cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity levels.
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning motions throughout the shift.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes.
• Clear communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety guidelines is a plus.

Pay: $ $26.03 per hour
