Role Description

This is a contract, on-site position for a Bookkeeping Professional, located in Truckee, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, preparing and maintaining financial statements, recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and efficiently handling company finances. Other responsibilities include working with accounting software to ensure accurate record-keeping and assisting with financial planning and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping and preparation of Financial Statements
• Experience with Accounting Software and the ability to post and review Journal Entries
• A solid foundation in Finance principles and accounting practices
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a bookkeeping or similar financial role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
