**Job Overview** We are seeking an experienced Finish carpenter Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and remodeling, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all remodeling projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

This will be lead position, which may often be associated with assigning duties to other workers, and at times to sub contractors.

-Detailed interior remodeler with skills in trim, doors, moldings, cabinetry, and woodworking, crown molding, exterior trim work including AZEK and composited

Must have:

-Experience and understanding of residential additions

-Experience and ability to install stairs and railings

-Experience and ability to install and frame decking and residential framing

-Experience and ability to install and cabinetry

-Experience with windows and door installation

-Experience and understanding in metal framing and suspended ceilings

-Experience with standard framing practices such as door and window openings

• Operating a variety of power tools and hand tools.

• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on remodeling and renovation projects.

• The ability to read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents. - Proficiency with a wide range of power tools and hand tools.

• A proven track record of delivering high-quality remodeling projects on time and within budget. **Skills** - Strong experience with remodeling and renovation projects..

• Excellent hand tool and power tool skills.
