Manufacturing Assembler

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented General Assembler to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Valencia, California. The ideal candidate will support the assembly of precision aerospace components and subassemblies while adhering to strict quality, safety, and workmanship standards.

Experience in soldering, winding, brazing, potting, and mechanical assembly is highly desirable and will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

· Assemble aerospace components and subassemblies according to drawings, work instructions, and specifications

· Perform soldering, winding, brazing, and potting operations as required

· Use hand tools, fixtures, and basic production equipment safely and effectively

· Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and workmanship standards

· Follow established procedures, quality requirements, and safety guidelines

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Accurately complete production and quality documentation

Required Qualifications

· Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and procedures

· Good manual dexterity and attention to detail

· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

· Strong work ethic and reliability

· must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Skills)

· Experience with soldering (electronics or aerospace-grade)

· Experience with coil winding

· Experience with brazing

· Experience with potting and encapsulation processes

· Previous experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environments

Physical Requirements

· Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

· Good hand-eye coordination for precision work
