WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Ensure focus and accountability to achieve departmental results.

• Responsible for user satisfaction for group's products and for all employee productivity, staffing, development and retention within assigned group.

• Provide overall direction and guidance to employees within departments. 

• Provide leadership on customer support strategies and resolves escalated client issues for department.

• Plan and manage both human and financial resources within domain. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree Relevant Field of Study - Required - OR -

• In Lieu of degree, 10 years of experience - Required

• 5 years Relevant work experience - Required -OR- In lieu of degree, 10 years of relevant work experience - Required

• Ability to travel on site once a quarter - Required

• 2 years Previous Management Experience - Preferred

• Epic Ambulatory or Inpatient Experience - Highly Desired

• Agile or Itil experience - Preferred

• Optimization Refuel exposure - Preferred
