CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities and provide basic care under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Take and record vital signs
- Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff
- Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for patients
- Transport patients to various appointments within the healthcare facility
- Follow proper infection control procedures
- Document patient interactions as needed

Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience with electronic health record systems such as Cerner and Epic
- Ability to lift and move patients when necessary
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Experience in clinic, assisted living, or hospice care settings is a plus
- Phlebotomy skills are desirable but not required

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

• Home Health: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Bilingual a plus (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Cross Junction, VA Required)
