We're currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Apprentice who is ready to learn, grow, and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier service to our commercial clients.

Since 2011, we've provided expert service, maintenance, and installation of commercial HVAC/R equipment for multi-site clients such as Starbucks, Best Buy, Dick's Sporting Goods, and more. Headquartered in Portsmouth, NH, our service area now spans much of the Eastern Seaboard.

What You'll Accomplish

• Assist in servicing, maintaining, and installing commercial HVAC/R equipment (e.g., RTUs up to 40 tons, split systems, light refrigeration)

• Work alongside experienced techs to complete HVAC/R repairs and preventative maintenance

• Log service details accurately using our internal software

• Help maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness

• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times

Basic Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in HVAC

• Ability to use hand/power tools, gauges, and testing equipment

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check

• Willingness to obtain EPA & OSHA10 certifications (company-supported)

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops, in hot or cold conditions

• Able to stand, kneel, climb, and lift 50 lbs. as needed

• Comfortable driving for extended periods
