For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Autonomy Technical Release to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. As a Senior Manager Autonomy Technical Release, you'll play a key role driving outcomes across the Manufacturing & Automotive organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve meaningful problems and deliver results. This role offers visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $198,500 – $285,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop effective strategies for deploying company's autonomy on-vehicle stack
  • Understand and analyze the complete vehicle architecture, including hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot complex field issues and create solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system-wide operations and improvements
  • Establish and manage release metrics and KPIs in line with company objectives
  • Develop strategic plans to facilitate fast and reliable autonomy releases
  • Communicate critical issues to engineering leadership for effective problem resolution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years in autonomous robotics system engineering, covering various robot component horizons
  • 3+ years managing high-performance technical teams
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
  • Proven troubleshooting and analytical capability at system and subsystem levels
