About the Role:

Job Title: AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python and Java.
• Build and manage machine learning models and pipelines within Azure AI Foundry.
• Collaborate with data engineers, platform engineers, and product teams to operationalize AI models.
• Apply AI frameworks and tools to healthcare-specific challenges, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Contribute to platform engineering efforts to enhance scalability, automation, and performance of AI workflows.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving in all aspects of the role.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python and Java for AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and related cloud-based AI services.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model deployment, and MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on scalability and automation.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare AI applications.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AI solutions.

Location: Seattle, WA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $140,000 – $150,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
