Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Represent Associa/Marquis in a positive and informative manner to the internal and external customers through community relations, marketing activities, and client relationships.
  • Serve as a valuable resource to management operations in order to support core business.
  • Increase efficiencies and customer service ratings amongst managers and clients.
  • Coordinate with maintenance supervisors to increase productivity among the maintenance services division on all client properties.
  • Monitor development of branch operations as well as accounting and financial reporting for each branch.
  • Implement a training program to increase customer service quality and meet OSHA requirements.
  • Ensure acquisition of new business meets or exceeds company goals.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of all maintenance services related initiatives.
  • Provide training and tools for managers and maintenance service staff to develop or improve training, quality control, communication, profitability, customer service, subcontractor management, and any other aspects required to all allow for increased revenues and profits.
  • Participate in Associa training including Associa University webinars, etc.
  • Preparation and oversight of compliance of Preventative Maintenance programs for all client properties.
  • Assist and support of on-site maintenance teams with all projects and provide direct support for any projects that are outside the typical scope of duties.
  • Perform periodic on-site inspections to ensure adherence to company and property policies and procedures.
  • Assist with hiring, creation of maintenance department and applicable documents for all newly acquired accounts (start-ups).
  • Collaborate with Director of operations on all new buildings, conduct site inspections and work with development teams to set up pre-opening PM manuals, emergency response and initial set up of the new property.
  • Assist with business development by inspecting potential sites and walkthrough a any site as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of residential association management industry, specifically field services.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures and forms at an expert level.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
  • Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HVAC, including codes and maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Reserves and Structural Reserves requirements.
  • Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
Qualifications

Education and Experience

· High School Diploma or GED Required

· Bachelor's degree Preferred

· 5 – 7 years of directly related or closely related experience

· 3 – 5 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience

Certifications or Licenses

· Location Specific License

Travel Requirements

· Travel within the 4 counties that branch performs services (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties)

Working Conditions

Employees must be able to safely navigate traffic areas, operate or oversee equipment, and follow safety protocols while performing both administrative and on-site duties
