Sr. Applications Administrator

Overview:

This important role will provide advanced support and administration for Virginia Housing's mortgage servicing platforms, with a primary focus on ICE Mortgage Technology's MSP system. The Senior Applications Administrator will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring the stability, performance, and optimization of servicing applications and their integrations. This role will collaborate closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to support system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience administering enterprise applications, particularly in mortgage servicing environments.
• In-depth knowledge of ICE Mortgage Technology's MSP platform and related servicing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across technical and business teams to generate business requirements.
