Role Description
This is a full-time, Sales Associate role based in Chandler, AZ. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions from NetForce's suite of telecommunications services. Daily tasks include generating leads, building client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. Additionally, the role involves maintaining knowledge of the latest industry products and trends to better serve customer requirements and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage sales processes, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and closing deals
- Knowledge or experience in telecommunications, retail, or customer service
- Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and basic computer skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
