Position Overview

Blue Clarity is seeking a highly experienced UI / UX Designer to support Total Lifecycle Management (TLM) initiatives. This role provides user interface and user experience design support across mission-critical systems, ensuring consistency in functionality, usability, and presentation while adhering to established standards and reinforcing the client's identity and branding.

The ideal candidate brings a strong design background, experience supporting complex systems (including geospatial platforms), and the ability to collaborate across technical and leadership teams in a classified environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage user interfaces and user experiences for assigned systems and applications.
• Collaborate with management and the User Experience Architect to define system requirements and understand end-user needs.
• Create, publish, and maintain graphical standards, templates, and design resources for systems, products, and publications.
• Develop and promote UI and usability standards to ensure consistency across sponsored systems and applications.
• Review interface designs and provide professional feedback on usability, consistency, and alignment with client branding.
• Consult with management and contractor teams to improve interface design quality and user experience outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or higher in Arts Management, Fine Arts Administration, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing user interfaces and UX standards.
• Proven experience publishing interface designs and supporting their implementation in deployed systems.
• Experience working with geospatial systems.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Desired Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Understanding of the client's mission, organizational structure, and Intelligence Community (IC) oversight organizations and priorities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for creating and delivering design presentations and reviews.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and guide team members in implementing UI/UX designs and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110, $150,000.00 per year
