Production Associate

Responsibilities:

• Quality Control – Ensure all products meet Element's standards for accuracy and craftsmanship.
• Casegood Assembly – Assemble furniture such as bookcases, credenzas, and other case goods with precision.
• Organization & Cleaning – Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Safety Compliance – Follow all safety protocols for equipment and materials.
• Team Collaboration – Communicate effectively and contribute to a supportive team environment.
