Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone flexible. Our Retail Sales Associates bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for customer service, while our Warehouse Associates display attention to detail and an ability to get work done efficiently. Right now we need someone who can do a little bit of both. You thrive on connecting with guests, sharing product knowledge, and helping them find gear that fits perfectly, when you're not building transfers and counting inventory

Your role will be hybrid. Our Frisco store is split between the warehouse in the back and the retail store up front. You'll be receiving products in the mornings, before jumping up to the sales floor in the evening to assist guests. There's never a dull moment, and you'll have the opportunity to get involved in the business on multiple fronts We can train you on both halves of this position, so the only real requirement is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

What You'll Own

Customer Experience & Sales

• Greet every guest warmly and create a welcoming, client-focused environment
• Deliver "Headucation" to help guests understand gear features, fit, and benefits
• Build rapport, answer questions, and solve problems with a friendly, knowledgeable approach
• Accurately ring up sales, process returns, and protect against shrink

Store Presentation & Merchandising

• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Maintain displays: helmets buckled, goggles cleaned, gloves stacked, accessories front and-center
• Restock sold products from backstock and ensure shelves are full and inviting
• Use creative flair to help merchandise the store in a way that feels fun, bright, and inspiring

Warehousing Duties

• Tag and receive products in a timely manner
• Build and distribute transfers to other retail locations
• Keep notes and work with other warehouse staff to ensure strong communication about items and special exceptions and store needs
• Occasionally perform inventory counts
• Take direction from tenured warehouse staff

• You've got 1+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
• You love the outdoor, ski, or snowsports lifestyle
• You're energetic, personable, and great at building relationships quickly
• You're organized, reliable, and take pride in accurate data
• You're curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn about products and the outdoor industry
• You're on your feet and moving for the full shift without complaining
