The Workflow Automation Specialist will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of workflows in our workflow automation applications. The core competencies will include business process optimization, configuration, and deployment of workflow automation solutions. As an implementer, this individual is responsible for proactive involvement in assessing business requirements, their documentation to ensure the quality of deliverables, development/configuration of the solution, and deployment into production.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with stakeholders on business requirements to ensure understanding and produce comprehensive documentation
  • Review business requirements and create workflow models via flow charts
  • Participate in design and roadmap discussions to provide strategic direction on final design and deployment approach
  • Ensure on-time completion of development efforts
  • Document test plans, results, technical issues, bugs, and solutions to be leveraged in the helpdesk Knowledgebase
  • Work with project management to coordinate implementation efforts with stakeholders
  • Work with cross-functional teams to spearhead process improvement efforts and understand, document, and improve current processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conduct training sessions with our training group to aid the roll-out of new workflows to employees

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS (or equivalent working experience) required
  • Experience with UiPath, Work-Relay or equivalent workflow automation tool
  • Workflow Configuration Experience
  • Data Analysis Experience
  • JavaScript Experience a plus
  • Experience in writing test cases and UAT
  • Understanding of software development cycle models, specifically Agile/Scrum
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Project Management a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Working Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in system/workflow analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable, good communication skills, and a desire to improve processes
  • Team Player
  • Ability to work autonomously

The base pay for this position ranges from $75,000 - $90,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
