Position Overview:

As a Materials Management Technician – Crib at Next Industries, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and have access to the products they need for their industrial operations. You will play a crucial role in pulling and receiving inventory, delivering products to our customers and managing customer accounts by providing top-notch service and support. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a solid grasp of inventory management processes, and willingness to learn various vending equipment software platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Warehouse operations: Execute warehouse functions including product receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, inventory control, housekeeping, etc.
• Delivery services: Execute scheduled and ad hoc replenishment deliveries to customers using Next Industries delivery vehicles.
• Inventory Control: Conduct inventory control processes at customer locations to ensure accurate inventory counts.
• Product knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of products supplied to customers to be able to answer customer questions and specify product solutions.
• Software Proficiency: Use various vending equipment and binfill software platforms to manage programs effectively, as well as Next Industries' ERP and WMS softwares.
• Vending hardware troubleshooting and maintenance: Understand how to troubleshoot vending equipment issues and maintain the equipment to ensure optimal equipment operability.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Learning aptitude for various vending equipment software platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
