Our Hourly Management team members wear dual hats – you serve as both a leader and at times a crew member. As a leader, you work closely with the Restaurant Management team to ensure that all operational requirements are being followed, manage shifts, handle escalated guest issues, confirm all food safety and sanitation standards are met, and ensure the team provides an exceptional guest experience. As a team member, you step in when the team needs assistance, whether it be in the kitchen or serving guests.

Hourly management team members may be assigned additional responsibilities such as preparing the schedule, inputting produce or product orders, assisting with inventory, preparing weekly packets, interviewing, or other various administrative duties.

Assistant Manager role requires an average of 30 hours per week minimum.

Shift Leader role does not have hourly requirements.

Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers must be at least 18 years of age with their HS Diploma or GED.

This position may require a Food Handler's permit dependent upon the laws of the county in which the restaurant is located.
