Sales Manager

We're seeking a dynamic, field-focused Sales Manager to lead our door-to-door sales team in Central Florida. This is NOT a desk job - you'll be in the field 5 days a week, knocking doors alongside your team while building and managing a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities Field Leadership (Primary Focus)

• Door-to-door sales activity 5 days per week - lead by example in the field
• Run Retail leads and assist sales reps in closing company provided leads.
• Work directly with sales reps on active sales calls and territory management
• Conduct real-time coaching and training during field activities
• Demonstrate proper sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies

Team Development & Management

• Recruit and hire qualified door-to-door sales representatives
• Train new hires through our 3-day bootcamp and ongoing field mentorship
• Motivate and retain top performers through recognition and incentive programs
• Conduct weekly team meetings and performance reviews
• Set individual and team sales targets and hold team accountable

Sales Performance

• Personally generate sales while managing the team
• Maintain active pipeline and close deals consistently
• Assist team members with complex sales situations and negotiations
• Ensure team meets monthly sales goals and company revenue targets

Minimal Office Requirements

• Administrative tasks kept to absolute minimum
• Focus on field time, not paperwork

Compensation Structure

Performance-based earnings with unlimited potential

• Base salary + commission on personal sales
• Team override bonuses - earn percentage of your team's total sales
• The more you and your team sell, the more you earn
• Top performers can earn $150K+ annually

Requirements

• Proven door-to-door sales experience (roofing/construction preferred)
• Leadership experience managing sales teams
• Comfortable with 90% field work, minimal office time
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in Florida weather conditions
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Goal-oriented with track record of exceeding targets
