Job Overview:

Cowboy Jacks Otsego is seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Hiring for nights and weekends only.

Duties:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately

• Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy

• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items

• Upsell additional products when appropriate

• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently

• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

• Assist in food preparation and ensure food safety standards are met

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

• Knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, and hospitality industry practices

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Experience in guest services, cash handling, and upselling is a plus

• Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining sanitation standards
