Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our Car Audio, Vehicle Security, and Window Tint operations. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience—from initial inquiry to post-installation support.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive retail environment while providing knowledgeable and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in-store, over the phone, and via email in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer questions regarding car audio systems, alarms, remote starts, dash cams, and window tint services
• Schedule installation appointments and coordinate with technicians
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and work orders accurately
• Explain products, services, warranties, and basic system functionality to customers
• Process payments, returns, and warranty claims
• Maintain customer records and service notes in point-of-sale systems
• Handle customer concerns or complaints calmly and escalate when appropriate
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after installation
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling software, and basic computer programs
• Automotive, car audio, security, or window tint experience preferred but not required
• Sales or retail experience is a plus
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
