Job Description Summary

The Retail Experience Specialist is responsible for processing and selling merchandise during Sporting Kansas City matches and other special events deemed necessary.

Job Description

ASSOCIATE PERKS

• Pay starting at $16.00 per hour.
• 50% retail discount on merchandise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Welcome guests by greeting them and offering them assistance.
• Assist season ticket clients.
• Direct guests by escorting them to racks and counters, as well as suggesting items.
• Advise guests by providing information on products and prices.
• Help guests make selections by building customer confidence.
• Process payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash and credit cards.
• Keep guests informed of sales and trending merchandise.
• Assist with inventory counts and stocking merchandise items.
• Represent Blue Roof Entertainment and its related affiliates in a professional manner at all times.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Must be a minimum of 16 years old.
• Basic technology skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate preferred.
• Previous experience working in a public event venue or in a customer service role preferred.
