Light Maintenance and Driver – Full Job DescriptionPosition Overview

The Light Maintenance and Driver position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance of the dealership facilities. In addition, this role supports dealership operations by delivering parts and assisting with dealer trades.

Key Responsibilities Facility & Grounds Maintenance

• Perform interior and exterior cleaning tasks.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum all flooring and stairways.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including fixtures and partitions.
• Clean and maintain offices, meeting rooms, break areas, and common spaces.
• Clean windows, walls, furniture, appliances, and carpeting.
• Empty wastebaskets and recycling containers.
• Collect litter and debris throughout the property.
• Assist with snow removal, including use of machinery when required.
• Replenish and maintain cleaning supplies; track inventory and submit requisition
• requests.
• Follow all proper cleaning methods, chemical handling procedures, and safety regulations.
• Care for and properly maintain all cleaning equipment and tools.
• Adjust cleaning patterns based on daily or event-related needs.
• Provide touch-up cleaning, vacuuming, and trash removal before and after dealership events.
• Perform minor painting as needed.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Driving Responsibilities

• Drive dealership vehicles for dealer trades as needed.
• Deliver parts to customers, internal departments, and partner locations.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
