What You'll Do
- Handle data entry with accuracy and speed.
- Manage our phone system and keep communication flowing.
- Schedule appointments and keep calendars organized.
- Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Call clients to provide project updates.
- Support the office with filing, faxing, supplies, and other tasks
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
- Overtime available January through April (tax season).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
