Dishwasher/Busser

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient dining environment, supporting the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Previous restaurant, catering, or hotel experience is a plus, especially in food service, food handling, and kitchen operations. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary and hospitality skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
• Assist with bussing tables to ensure timely turnover for incoming guests
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating and setup
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping and wiping tables and floors
• Assist with food handling and storage following safety standards
• Support catering events by setting up and clearing serving stations
• Ensure all work areas comply with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service operations

Skills

• Experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
• Knowledge of bussing, cleaning, and basic food handling procedures
• Familiarity with banquet service, catering setups, or culinary environments is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
• Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow safety protocols
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the dining environment

Pay: Up to $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
