Tito's Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Assist the RM in the hiring, training and development of hourly team members
• Assist the RM in making timely schedules and appropriate staffing levels in accordance with Tito's labor targets
• Assist the RM in purchasing, inventory management and receiving products.
• Provides support to the RM in managing shifts, assigning and coaching team members on job duties and performance
• Ensure every guest has a great experience
• Deliver high quality, attractive food made according to Tito's recipes
• Follow proper sanitation and cleanliness standards in the restaurant to fulfill health requirements and Tito's standards
• Follow all cash handling procedures to minimize cash shortages; ensure that cash is deposited into the
