O'Neill's Grill is a locally-owned restaurant in Harrisonburg, Virginia with a passion for being a place where our community can gather for comfort food and cold brews for more than 15 years.

We're always looking to add members to our team who are inspired by the warm hospitality of a great, home-cooked meal, and who are enthusiastic about providing an outstanding experience for all of our guests.

Our team enjoys a flexible schedule (great for college students) and we work in an upbeat, family and sports fan-friendly atmosphere. Some of our team members have been with us for years and our managers are usually promoted from within.

At O'Neill's Grill, our Hosts set the tone for an amazing dining experience. You'll be the friendly face that greets guests, makes them feel welcome, and ensures everything runs smoothly from the moment they walk in until they leave happy.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth and a genuine smile.
• Manage reservations and seating to keep the flow of service smooth.
• Answer questions about the menu, specials, and restaurant.
• Keep the entry area clean and inviting.
• Communicate with servers and managers to ensure guests are cared for.
• Assist with takeout orders and phone calls when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay calm and friendly during busy times.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience is helpful-but we'll train the right person
