We're seeking a
Construction Manager
to support performance, quality, and efficiency across our Supplier network. This role involves regular on-site visits, real-time issue resolution, and close collaboration with Suppliers to improve crew effectiveness, tool usage, safety, and build quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze site performance metrics, including cycle time, COP accuracy, JHA compliance, tool utilization, and build quality.
- Identify performance issues, provide clear feedback, and work with Suppliers to implement corrective actions.
- Conduct on-site root-cause analysis and ensure real-time resolution of safety and construction discrepancies.
- Plan and prioritize Supplier and site visits to support KPIs and market needs.
- Partner with project management teams on site access, customer meetings, and construction drawing validations.
- Recommend process improvements and collaborate with internal teams to enhance tools and workflows.
- Track and report Supplier performance data to support operational improvements and business cases.
- Build strong Supplier relationships and reinforce adherence to company and customer standards.
- Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with field insights and follow-up actions.

- Strong understanding of construction metrics, processes, and safety standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of general construction practices and contractor management
- Experience with site design, construction sequencing, and scope estimation
- Understanding of contracts and financial considerations
- OSHA 30 (Telecom or Construction) required at time of offer
- Telecom equipment experience is a plus.
