The Opportunity

We are looking for a residential electrical apprentice with 1-3 years of experience who wants to accelerate their learning and be part of a company that is growing fast and doing things the right way.

You will work directly with skilled journey level electricians and have regular exposure to senior leadership. You'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of residential electrical work while building the skills and confidence needed to move toward journey level status.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Residential Electrical Apprentice, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting journey level electricians with residential electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades
• Working on service calls, remodels, panel upgrades, lighting, EV chargers, and other residential projects
• Performing rough-in and finish work under supervision
• Pulling wire, installing devices, setting panels, and troubleshooting basic issues
• Learning and applying Washington State electrical code and safety standards
• Maintaining clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members
• Accurately tracking time, tasks, and job details using company systems
• Participating in safety meetings and ongoing training
• Taking ownership of your learning and progression in the trade

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1+ years of residential electrical experience
• Currently enrolled or eligible for a Washington State electrical apprenticeship
• Strong work ethic and desire to improve your skills
• Coachable, reliable, and team-oriented
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and feedback from journey level electricians
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, climb, and perform physical jobsite work

Tools & Equipment

• Luminex provides major tools, equipment, and safety gear
• Apprentices are responsible for their own hand tools and cordless tools (such as drills and basic personal tools)

Pay and Benefits

• $23–$30 per hour, depending on experience
