Graphic & Web Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain brand-consistent websites, landing pages, web banners, and digital experiences (Shopify)
• Create graphic assets for fashion campaigns, including lookbooks, line sheets, social media content, email marketing, digital ads, flyers and presentations
• Collaborate with e-commerce and creative teams to design visuals for product launches, seasonal collections, and campaigns
• Design responsive web layouts optimized for desktop and mobile shopping experiences
• Assist with basic UX/UI design, wireframes, and visual enhancements to improve customer journey and conversion
• Prepare files for digital publishing and occasional print materials such as packaging, tags, or signage
• Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced fashion environment
• Stay current with fashion, design, and digital trends
• Digital contract creation
• Tech pack creation

Role Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or similar role within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
• Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Web Design / Digital Media, Fashion Design (with strong digital/graphic design focus), Multimedia Design, Interaction Design or UX/UI Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing fashion-focused graphic and web design work (REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION - please share to ).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web/UI tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout with a fashion-forward aesthetic
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative, marketing, and technical teams
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
