Kitchen Team Member

We are expanding our team and looking for individuals who bring energy, care, and precision to our kitchen operations. As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll help deliver Great Food with excellence—supporting our mission of Great People, Great Food, and Great Service.

Kitchen Team Members work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, preparing and serving food that meets Chick-fil-A's highest standards of quality, safety, and freshness. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing menu items accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining proper food safety and quality assurance procedures.
• Working with consistency and attention to detail.
• Supporting teammates to ensure smooth and timely service.

Your work helps create remarkable guest experiences every day—because great food begins with great preparation.

Previous experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, or in any restaurant kitchen role is welcome, but not required. We provide thorough training and mentorship for every team member.
