Summary

'We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver top-tier legal services to injured clients and uphold our firm's reputation for excellence. The successful candidate will contribute to the advoicacy of injured persons through personal injury litigation.
Responsibilities

' Handle a diverse caseload involving various types of personal injury litigation matters.

  • Conduct legal research using LexisNexis to support case strategies.
  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with precision.
  • Conduct trial preparation and client consultations.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting client cases.
  • Collaborate effectively within the legal team to achieve favorable outcomes.'
  • Qualifications

' Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the New York State bar.
  • Strong negotiation skills and litigation experience.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
  • Excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Prior experience in personal injury or workers' compensation law is preferred.
  • Legal administrative experience is a plus but not required.'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70, $80,000.00 per year
