Supply Chain Manager

We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead global sourcing, procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain systems for our industrial automation product portfolio. This role owns end-to-end material availability, supplier performance, and continuous improvement while managing a team of buyers, planners, and warehouse staff.

What You'll Lead

• Global sourcing and supplier management across metals, machined parts, bearings, motors, controls, and electronics
• Procurement, materials planning, MRP execution, and S&OP alignment
• Logistics strategy, freight optimization, and international shipping compliance
• Warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, safety, and throughput improvements
• Compliance documentation (CoC, CoO, ITAR/EAR, RoHS/REACH, conflict minerals) and ERP/data governance
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Production, Quality, Sales, Finance & Customer Service

What You Bring

• 7+ years in global supply chain, sourcing, or procurement
• Experience leading teams in purchasing, planning, or warehouse operations
• Strong understanding of metals, machining, electromechanical components, and industrial automation
• International supplier management and contract negotiation experience
• ERP/MRP expertise, forecasting, cost modeling, and KPI-driven decision making
• Knowledge of import/export and compliance requirements

Bonus Skills

• Experience in regulated industries (A&D, Medical, Food Processing)
• APICS CSCP/CPIM, Lean/Six Sigma training
• Warehouse optimization, automation, or advanced analytics experience
