Kitchen Manager – Everybody's Brewing (Battle Ground, WA)

Everybody's Brewing is looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our BOH team at our Battle Ground pub. We believe in great beer, outstanding food, and working together as one team.

This role partners closely with the General Manager and FOH Manager to deliver smooth service, strong kitchen culture, and a great guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage ordering, inventory, budgeting, and food/labor cost targets.
• Train, develop, and support BOH staff; foster a positive, collaborative culture.
• Create and implement schedules, lead pre-shift meetings, and communicate daily updates.
• Develop and test new menu items, seasonal specials, and event menus.

• Kitchen management experience in a high-volume setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with FOH and leadership
• Passion for quality food, beer, and hospitality
