What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and usability of data across multiple systems
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies
• Provide training and recommendations to improve data quality for team members
• Collaborate with regional teams and system owners to support data integrity
• Draft and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for data accuracy

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within operations or a multi-system environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or Applied Epic
• Experience in drafting and implementing data quality policies
• Report generation capabilities, including graphics
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
• Strong project management skills, including initiating and completing projects on schedule
