Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the hotel

-Fill in for call offs in any department
- Oversee staff training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Implement strategies to maximize hotel profitability
- Coordinate events and services
- Maintain high standards of hotel guest rooms
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
