Pathway Home Health LLC provides remote support services to adults with disabilities so they can live safely and independently in their own homes. Services are delivered through technology, scheduled check-ins, and emergency response. No in-person care is provided.

About the Role

As a Remote Support Specialist, you will support clients from home using phone calls, video check-ins, and remote monitoring systems. Your role is to help ensure client safety, respond to alerts, and follow each client's support plan.

This position does not require physical care or in-person visits.

What You Will Do

• Check in with clients by phone or video at scheduled times
• Monitor remote support systems and alerts
• Respond calmly and appropriately to client needs
• Follow written support plans and procedures
• Contact supervisors, on-call staff, or emergency services when required
• Document interactions with short, clear notes
• Protect client privacy and follow all safety rules

What You Will Not Do

• No hands-on personal care
• No medication administration
• No in-person visits
• No driving or transportation

• Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic technology
• Clear and respectful communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions during emergencies

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable internet connection
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience in healthcare, home health, human services, or customer support is a plus but not required
