Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items efficiently, maintaining consistency and quality in every dish
• Follow established recipes, portion sizes, and food safety guidelines to ensure optimal food handling practices
• Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients using proper knife skills
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including equipment and utensils
• Support the team during peak hours by managing multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality
• Adhere to all food safety standards and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders

Experience

• Previous kitchen experience in a fast food or restaurant setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling procedures
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic culinary techniques are essential
• Prior experience in catering or fine dining environments can be beneficial but is not required
