Role: After Sales Engineer
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 dependant on experience (DOE)
Hours: Mon – Thurs: (7:30am – 16:00pm) Fri: (7:30am – 13:00pm)
Location: Worcester, West Midlands
Are you an experienced After Sales Engineer or in a Technical CAD role and wants to progress into sales? Then this opportunity cannot be missed! I’m currently recruiting for a leading Engineering company based in Worcester. My client is looking for a After Sales Engineer on a full time, permanent basis due to growth in the company.
After Sales Engineer
– Key responsibilities:
Act as an initial point of contact for customers, understanding their needs over the phone or in person Responding to customer enquiries on email or on the phone Develop bespoke layouts, pricing and quotations, ensuring all quotes are accurate and clear Provide technical product guidance and pre-sales support, maintaining a strong understanding of products. Coordinate orders from enquiry to completion, ensuring customers are contacted throughout. Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, maintaining accurate records of quotes/data and attending customer or site visits when required.
After Sales Engineer - Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong attention to detail and work ethic Proficient in Microsoft office – Excel, Word and Powerpoint Ability to read technical drawings, ideally produced from AutoCAD Ability to use SAGE 200 or similar Excellent team player and problem solver Able to work well independently and as part of a team
