Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, counters, and equipment, sort the inventory.
• willing to learn to become chef helper/ kitchen helper experience preferred.
• Assist with the removal of trash and recycling from the kitchen area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

Experience

• must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and committed to the team.
• must be able to work on holiday and weekend.
• Previous experience in high end kitchen or food service environment required.
• All dishes, plates, and glassware must be handle with great care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
• Basic understanding of health and safety standards related to food handling is a plus.
