Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary
The Sober connection is seeking an experienced Psychiatric NP (PMHNP/FNP) or Physician Assistant to provide on-site psychiatric and medical care at Quadrant Health Group's Inpatient Detox/Residential SUD and Mental Health Residential programs. This is a fully in-person clinical role working with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial psychiatric evaluations, history & physicals, and follow-up appointments.
• Provide medication management and ongoing patient care in detox and MH residential settings.
• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director for clinical oversight and treatment planning.
• Work with therapists, nursing staff, and the broader multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Document thoroughly in the EHR and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Participate in quarterly Quality Assurance (QA) meetings.

Qualifications

• Certified Dual Board- PMHNP, FNP, or Physician Assistant
• Active Texas license and DEA
• Experience in detox, SUD, or residential psychiatry preferred.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills.
• Liability Insurance 1,000,000/3,000,000 carried by self.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in behavioral health or addiction medicine.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $5, $6,400.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
